Trials: Some plans may include a free trial (typically 14 days, as shown at checkout). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription and begin billing automatically.

Promo codes: Promotional discounts may be offered subject to their terms and availability.
Your use of Fendr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data to provide our services but do not sell personal information. When you connect your social media accounts to Fendr, we access limited data necessary to perform our moderation features—such as comments and engagement metadata. We do not access private content, direct messages, or post on your behalf unless explicitly authorized.
Fendr uses automated tools, including AI, to classify and act on harmful comments based on your settings. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your moderation settings. If you believe an automated action is incorrect, you can adjust your settings or contact us for support.
Fendr integrates with third-party platforms and service providers such as social media networks, payment processors, email delivery, and analytics. We are not responsible for their policies or actions. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and conditions.
Fendr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely effective in preventing online abuse. You use Fendr at your own risk.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Fendr will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland. However, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction if necessary to protect our rights.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Fendr. If you wish to delete your data, you can submit a request via email to emily@fendrapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account details.
Once we receive your request, we will process it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and delete your data from our systems unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
