Why we exist
Emily built Fendr after watching coordinated harassment campaigns target high-profile individuals with no adequate tools to respond. Before Fendr, Emily spent four years at Dogpatch Labs, Ireland's startup hub, and built Reportd (2024), a tool for anonymously reporting sexual harassment. The through-line is the same: addressing harmful behaviour with better infrastructure, not asking people to simply endure it.
